Inter-fest

It has been a fabulous four days at Inter-fest, training with some inspiring tai chi masters. I have taken a few pictures of the opening ceremony which I'm including here. If you are on Facebook there is some great video footage taken by the Deyin Taijiquan Institute, which I have shared.

Off to Interfest

I'm really looking forward to going away for four days for some tai chi, qigong and meditation to celebrate Professor Li's 80th birthday.

This does unfortunately mean that there will be no class at the Guild Hall Community Centre on Monday 17 July, but all the rest of my classes will go ahead as usual.

It's less than a week to World Tai Chi and Qigong Day now, which is on Saturday 29 April. This year we will be doing something a bit different and are having a free event at the St John's Community Centre in Liverpool. There will be several instructors offering different tai chi and qigong workshops throughout the morning. Email me or ask in class for more information.

How you diddling?

It was lovely meeting everyone at the Nomad Rangers "How you diddling" session at the Dorset Road Community Centre in Atherton yesterday, and I'm looking forward to the next one.

If you are over 50 and would enjoy an afternoon of crafts and a bit of tai chi then get in touch with the Nomad Rangers. There will be more of these sessions for a couple of Tuesday afternoons every month.
