I had a great day at the workshop on sword and fan techniques in Oldham, and learnt a new Mandarin phrase.
Yang sheng (not sure about the spelling) means "nurturing life" and is about doing the right things at the right time, in season.

I had a great day at the workshop on sword and fan techniques in Oldham, and learnt a new Mandarin phrase.
